REFUND AND CANCELLATION

PAYMENT OPTIONS :

  • Online Card Payments:Visa and Master Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. One need not to worry about the transactions as these transactions are authorized by your bank only without passing any information to us. The transaction totally depends on your internet connection and WeTrippy.com is not responsible for decline of transaction. WeTrippy.com doesn’t retain any Credit Card information.If the payment on Credit Card is declined for some reason, WeTrippy.com holds the right to cancel the order without any prior notice to the customer.

    com charges a service/convenience fee on all Airline bookings which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Internet Banking: If you have account in any of the bank, then you can pay for your order through the respective bank’s net banking options and the respective amount will be debited from your account automatically. The payments are processed through online gateway system which enables secure and safe transactions.

TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION :

One should not take any action till the confirmation receipt of your transaction. In case where confirmations are to be received by email, please check your Spam/Junk folder also before contacting us.

SERVICES/PRODUCTS DELIVERY :

An e-ticket which is a paperless document having unique confirmation number and is mandatory to be produced at the airport airline counter, will be sent to you on the email address provided by you at the time of booking. WeTrippy.com will not be held responsible in case Airline denies to issue a boarding pass or doesn’t allow you to travel. For getting a boarding pass the customer should have an e-ticket with the proper confirmation number along with a photo identity proof (Passport, AADHAR Card, Driving License etc.).

WeTrippy.com is not liable for the delivery of the email in your inbox. WeTrippy.com suggests you to provide the email address of trusted servers and service providers. WeTrippy.com shall not be liable if the customer does not comply with this requirement.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY :

One can cancel flight booking online by signing in to their respective account on WeTrippy.com. An amount of Rs500/- per person per sector (for Domestic Flight) and Rs1200/- per person per sector (for International Flight) will be charged on account of cancellation charges over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.

To amend or cancel tickets offline, one is required to call our customer care (+91 9999007796) – 24×7 days. An amount of Rs.1500/- per person per sector (for Domestic Flight) and Rs.2500/- per person per sector (for International Flight) will be charged on account of all offline cancellations over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.

For rescheduling of domestic flights, an amount of Rs.750/- per person per sector will be charged over and above the fare difference.

Customers are advised to refer and acquaint themselves with the relevant airline/carrier amendment, cancellation and refund policy with respect to the ticket/hotel to be booked while using WeTrippy.com services. You may be required to visit the nearest airline office of the respective airline to cancel your reservation.

The customer must read the individual airline terms and conditions in order to find out if ticket to be booked is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charges as WeTrippy.com holds no liability whatsoever in this regard.

REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION OF ORDER OR RESERVATION :

In case of no show, one has to make request for any valid and applicable refunds within 15 days from the travel date in case of Air/Rail/Cab/Bus Tickets and/or the date of Check-In for Hotel Booking. No refund request will be entertained after 15 days of the Travel/Check-In date as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such No-Show/Unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

The refund shall be processed within 20-30 working days from the date of cancellation request. If the payment has been received through credit card, the refund of the same will be made to your credit card account. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refund through cheque within a maximum of 45-60 working days from the date of cancellation request. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refund by the respective airline/service provider. The airline routes the refund for your tickets booked on the website, through WeTrippy.com

Please note that WeTrippy.com charges a non-refundable service/convenience fee on all bookings.

In case of technical failure/error, please call our customer care (+91 9999007796) if the booking is not confirmed or processed. WeTrippy.com will process your refund upon receiving your request within 7 working days. WeTrippy.com will not be liable for any damages caused.

The above-mentioned refund and cancellation processing time may vary. In case of absence of relevant documents, like lost or damaged tickets, refund process cannot be initiated.

In case Hotel reservation is made on the website and thereafter you are not contactable on the contact details provided by you at the time of booking, then the Hotel reservation will stand cancelled and WeTrippy.com will not be held liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

PROMOTION CODES AND OFFERS :

WeTrippy.com generates promotion codes and offers time to time which can be availed while making online bookings only. WeTrippy.com reserves the right to Add, Alter, Modify, Withdraw, all or any specific Terms and Conditions or replace altogether or in part the offer with any other offer without any prior notice. In case of any dispute the decision of WeTrippy.com will be binding and final.

PASSPORT INFORMATION :

Passport details are mandatory for issuance of e-ticket for an international travel. Some countries require valid Visa for your travel to the respective country as well for issuing the e-ticket.

So please keep details handy will making international booking, as WeTrippy.com travel consultant will contact you for the following details:

  • Issuing Country
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Date of Issue of Passport
  • Expiry Date of Passport
  • First Name of the Traveller
  • Last Name of the Traveller

You are requested to send the scanned readable copy of the Passport and Visa to the email address provided to you by WeTrippy.com travel consultant, failing which the e-tickets will not be issued and WeTrippy.com will not be held responsible for fare change during the process of issuance of the ticket.

VISA GUIDLINES :

Customers are advised to carry a valid visa for the country they are visiting or transiting through, and are requested to check with the concerned airline or embassy for all visa requirements.
